We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service with reasonable notice.

Services are billed monthly or annually based on your chosen plan. Payments are due at the beginning of each billing cycle.
We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other approved payment methods. All payments must be in USD unless otherwise specified.
Late payments may result in service suspension. A late fee may be applied to overdue accounts after a 15-day grace period.
Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase for unused services. Custom development work is non-refundable once started.

We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WAPI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
